Updated in 2015, this "model" handbook was developed and edited by HR professionals and is created to help PIA members in developing their own handbook. The publication reflects many of the common industry policies (vacation, overtime, lunch breaks) found in the printing industry as well as the complex requirements of ADA and other mandated federal programs. The publication also includes commentary regarding state requirements which may differ from state to state in the Association's region - Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri.
