LEAN / Continuous Improvement lunch & learn (DFW)

    11:30am-1:00pm

ABCO, Inc. (1621 Wall St, Dallas, TX 75215)

ABCO’s founder Harry L. Kaplan started the company in the early 1930s and built the business on 7 Guiding Principles:
    1. Treat each and every person with respect
    2. Care about people
    3. Contribute to the community
    4. Show up early for appointments
    5. Work hard
    6. Give exceptional customer service
    7. Always remember that to be successful, companies must continually innovate and evolve to meet the needs of the marketplace.
That eye for innovation is part of Harry Kaplan’s legacy and continues to be a part of ABCO’s DNA. From its 100,000+ square feet of manufacturing and warehouse facilities in Dallas, ABCO offers a comprehensive array of turn-key products and services to meet the current and emerging needs of its customers. These products and services include offset, digital and wide format printing as well as an array of bindery and finishing capabilities. In addition, ABCO provides a wide variety of non-print marketing and training support services.

ABCO began their Lean Journey five years ago when they hired a Lean Champion to facilitate the adoption of Lean Practices throughout their organization of 62 employees.

Please join us on May 9 for a plant tour of one of our very active LEAN / Continuous Improvement group participants. See the great things they have accomplished … you will definitely be impressed.
