Come join us to learn about these critical tools to be used in your Lean Journey! Ron Periera from the GEMBA Academy will teach us how to achieve Quick Changeovers in our processes by reducing the time between jobs, and he will also show us how to develop a more effective approach to Problem Solving as part of our corrective action process.
Ron Pereira is the Co-Founder and Partner of the Gemba Academy. He has more than 15 years experience in various manufacturing, supply chain, and senior leadership roles. Ron has held the titles of process engineer, engineering manager, master black belt, and director of manufacturing & continuous improvement. In 2002 Ron was the first American to win the Nokia Global Six Sigma and Overall Quality award in Helsinki, Finland. Ron co-founded Gemba Academy in 2009. Since then more than 1,500 companies have subscribed to Gemba Academy’s online lean and six sigma training programs including Toyota Financial Services, FedEx Office, and the US Department of Defense. Ron holds a bachelors degree in automated manufacturing and an MBA in technology management.
