    Join us for breakfast and a discussion of Visual Management tools. Shannon Kearney from Gill Studios will present a short presentation on how Visual Management can be used to provide quick and effective methods to evaluate the status of a process.

    This knowledge allows management to attain the desired outcome and eliminate bottlenecks through employee engagement. Shannon will share ideas on the many ways you can use Visual Management techniques throughout your facility for continuous improvement.
