PIA MidAmerica has published the 2015 Wage & Benefit Survey, which is ranked as one of the Association’s most beneficial tools. This annual survey is a joint project of PIA MidAmerica, Printing Industries of America and all the PIA affiliated organizations across the United States. The results are a one-of-a-kind publication for the print industry which provides detailed information from over 600 companies and over 22,000 individuals in 128 different job classifications.
Wages are reported by size of company, as well as regionally. Another valuable aspect of the report is its review of benefits and employment practices, which include: Health care, vacation, drug testing, holidays, supplemental insurance, cost-of-living adjustments, and much, much more.
The survey was conducted by the Printing Industries of America affiliates through the late summer and the survey results were published in October. PIA MidAmerica makes this extensive survey available for only $50 to its members participating in the survey, $250 to members that do not participate and non-member companies can purchase the survey for $750.
