THE OPPORTUNITY
JPS Books + Logistics is in search of an Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Administrator. You will primarily be responsible for supporting the accounting team as well as fulfilling all administrative duties. This position helps ensure we are dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience. You will also play a pivotal role in our business by helping optimize our process to maximize overall productivity, growth and development. Hours 8AM-5PM Rate$18-$22/Hourly
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter accounts payable invoices & credit card statements
- Enter accounts receivable billing & submit invoices to customers
- Enter deposits received
- Accounts receivable collections
- Process customer credit card payments
- Update excel spreadsheets
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in data entry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting functions
- Must be detail oriented & organized
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must maintain employer confidentiality
- High level of commitment to customer service
- Bilingual preferred
- May require some overtime hours
