The survey is conducted quarterly by Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University in partnership with PIA chapters across the nation to analyze our industry’s performance, outlook and provide leaders actionable advice. The recent survey focused on industry outlook, labor shortages and supply chain issues.
