Excellent opportunity to join our successful packaging and print operation in Dallas as our Account Manager. Loyal owner and leadership team who have been in business since the late 80’s! We serve our internal clients as well as outside sales work. As our Account Manager, you will manage all phases of our client’s production needs.
Job Requirements: – 5 Years’ Account Manager experience in a similar environment – Excellent communication, presentation, and client relation skills – Detail Orientated, organized, and strong team player
Experience Required: -Print process knowledge for offset print, digital printing, bindery (cut, fold, scoring, etc), and shipping. -Excellent math skills for measurements of client’s files and matching appropriate paper size and calculating bids. -Experience with estimating software preferred but not required
Job Description: -Provide excellent customer service for existing print clients and support for sales team bids and estimates. -Bidding / Estimates provided for single and multi-page print output based on customer layout and print equipment utilized. -Order appropriate paper stock based on customer decision. -Based on client job type determine best price and quality for digital and offset print production, bindery / finishing needs, and shipping / packaging requirements.
