Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bobst & Kluge Operator at BrightMARKS – A Print & Packaging Enhancement Company. The operator will be responsible for operating Bobst or Kluge machinery to finish print jobs efficiently and accurately. Duties include setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment to produce high-quality and high-volume output.
Qualifications
- Experience operating Bobst and Kluge machinery is preferred but not required, experience with similar machines is acceptable
- Knowledge of print finishing processes
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Physical ability to lift and move tooling and materials
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a print or packaging environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
