Project Manager – Graphic arts
We are an established specialty print services company. We’re looking for a talented Print Production Specialist to join our team at our Dallas, TX location. Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital print production equipment (HP / Indigo).
- Experience with bindery machinery, including guillotine cutter, padder, coil binding, folder, etc.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Experience with the Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficiency in phone, email, and face to face interaction with clients.
- Knowledge of paper brands and types.
- Knowledge of print related products.
- Time management and organized.
- Responsibility and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate orders.
- Create Work orders and Quotes for client.
- Communicate directly with our in-house team.
- Follow up with clients regarding proofs and other project information.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.
- Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.
- We continue to grow and we are in need of a new team member.
