Wide Format Operator

Craft Signs and Specialty Printing is seeking an experienced Wide Format Print Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on, in-shop role for someone who has direct experience operating wide-format printing equipment in a production environment.
What You’ll Do

Operate wide-format printing equipment for rigid and roll media

Operate finishing equipment, including laminators and digital cutting systems

Set up, run, and monitor print jobs for quality, accuracy, and consistency

Load and unload substrates and finished prints

Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on equipment

Work from job tickets and production schedules to meet deadlines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What We’re Looking For

Must have experience with wide-format printing equipment

Experience with lamination and digital cutting equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with Agfa Tauro, Canon Colorado, Canon Arizona, or Colex equipment

Familiarity with RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, etc.)
Salary commensurate with experience.
