PRINTING United Alliance outlines key legislative priorities

PRINTING United Alliance has identified key legislative priorities that will benefit our industry, employees and customers. They urge action on one or all of these important issues:

• Urge Congress to pass temporary, targeted COVID-19 liability protection to businesses that adhere to safe workplaces guidelines here.
• Urge Congress to provide pandemic-related funding to USPS and require a sound long-term operational plan to keep USPS delivering print and packages here.
• Urge Congress to pass incentives to spur domestic manufacturing production of PPE here.
• Urge Congress to pass additional pandemic recovery financing and an improved Paycheck Protection Program here.

It’s time for printing and packaging companies across the country to come together with a unified voice to seek pandemic relief and recovery solutions that will take us all forward on the path to a safer country and a stronger economy.
