About the presenters:

Kit Welchlin began public speaking at an early age and went on to purchase his first manufacturing company at age 21 and become and CEO and Chairman of the Board of three manufacturing companies in three states by age 26. He’s been an instructor with the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, where he has been repeatedly nominated Outstanding Faculty. He is a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association. Kit has a B.S. Degree in Speech Communication, Business Administration and Political Science. He earned an M.A. Degree in Speech Communication and Business Administration.
Adriane Harrison is an experienced human resource professional with an extensive background in business, law, and non-profit sectors. She practiced law for fifteen years and now heads the human relations department for Printing Industries of America, the national trade association for the print industry based in Warrendale, PA. Adriane holds an undergraduate degree in Journalism from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a law degree from DePaul University in Chicago.
Tom Revnew represents clients in connection with the full range of employment and labor law issues. He has successfully litigated a wide-variety of labor and employment law claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including claims involving non-competition and confidentiality agreements, OSHA, the National Labor Relations Act and more. He frequently negotiates collective bargaining agreements on behalf of employers. He also has significant experience with collective bargaining agreements and employment contracts.Tom works with employers to avoid costly and time consuming litigation by providing HR related council.
Dave Kornecki has experience working in both Minnesota and Illinois Legislature, crafting education, higher education and workforce development budgets, policies and programming. As Committee Administrator for Higher Education & Workforce Development in the MN Senate, Dave led a team that worked to align the needs of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, education institutions and various state agencies, in developing the MN Pipeline Program. He has a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Administration from Northwestern University.
