January 04, 2016 – Wichita, KS – Valley Offset Printing has completed its second acquisition in a matter of months.
The company has closed on its acquisition of CS&S Graphics and is working to integrate that operation, says Fred Bryant, president of Valley Offset Printing. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Bryant says CS&S will be moved to Valley Offset’s location at 160 S. Sheridan in Valley Center. Some of Valley Offset’s printing equipment will be moved to make room for some of the CS&S equipment, he says.
Valley Offset is finalizing how many employees it will bring on with the acquisition. Bryant estimates more than a dozen employees will be integrated into Valley Offset. CS&S employees, Bryant says, will work for about a month from that company’s location at 410 N. St. Francis before coming to Valley Center.
Bryant says printing volume was a factor in his company’s decision to acquire CS&S. He says that business has 350 to 400 active accounts.
CS&S ranked 10th on the Wichita Business Journal’s 2015 list of the area’s largest printing companies. Valley Offset was seventh.
The CS&S acquisition follows the September acquisition of Quality Printing.
Bryant says Valley Offset now has around 50 employees with the two acquisitions.
